Three tools to pair with your lymphatic work
These are AO wellness tools made by Solex. They can be added to a lymphatic session or booked on their own. I go over your health history first, and if a tool isn't a good fit, we leave it out.

AO Infinity Mat
PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field. The AO Infinity Mat is a low-intensity PEMF mat with a moving magnetic field across several coils, so it feels a little different each time. It is lined with seven natural stones.
AO Infinity Mat

- Four frequency levels from 3 to 23 Hz, with adjustable intensity.

- Amethyst, lapis lazuli, blue chalcedony, Dongling jade, yellow agate, golden jade, and red jasper.
- How it goes
- You lie on the mat, clothed, and rest. It is used before or after your lymphatic session, not during, so oils stay off the mat.
- Used for
- Relaxation, rest, circulation, and recovery after hard exercise.
- Not for you if
- You have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, unless your doctor says it is okay.
AO Infinity Foot Detox
The foot detox uses 1 MHz radio frequency through two foot plates. It pulses in short bursts and gently raises your body temperature, about one and a half degrees, like a mild fever. Many people find the warmth soothing.

- Warmth, circulation, and supporting the body's own detox pathways.
- Not for you if
- You are pregnant or nursing, have a pacemaker or metal implants, very high blood pressure, or have had a recent stroke or heart attack. Not for children under 12. We go over the full list before your first session.
Red light: AO Mask and 660 Band
Both use low-level LED light. They do not burn or heat the skin. They can be used while you rest on the mat. If anything feels uncomfortable, we stop.
